The water goes from normal to a 'liquid metal' type of reflection. Normal Camera raised just a bit more Oversaturated metallic reflection Maybe its just my mod soup? Im running Azs and Ails sky/moon/light mods and have just let the Environment MOD 1.0 override everything using JSGME. Other than that weird anomaly, everything else looks good.
